1. Publisher Information

Complete information regarding legal form, registered office and SIRET number will be completed upon creation of the legal entity.

2. Publication Director

The publication director is the person responsible for the Quizzdle Service.

3. Hosting

The Quizzdle website is hosted by a technical service provider. Detailed information regarding the host will be completed upon production deployment.

II. Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Object and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern access to and use of the Quizzdle platform (hereinafter "the Service"), a free online guessing game.

Quizzdle is a free gaming service that allows users to guess characters from progressive clues, accumulate scores and participate in rankings.

Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Service Description

Quizzdle allows users to:

  • Play daily or infinite mode guessing games
  • Accumulate scores and points based on their performance
  • View their ranking and that of other players
  • Create an account to save their progress
  • Propose their own character categories to the community

The Service is completely free and requires no payment.

3. Account Creation

To access all features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password.

Rules:

  • Only one account per person is allowed
  • It is forbidden to create multiple accounts to manipulate scores
  • You must not share your credentials with third parties

4. Scoring and Ranking System

Scores are calculated based on your performance. It is strictly forbidden to use bots, automated scripts or any other means to manipulate scores. Scores obtained fraudulently will be deleted and the account concerned may be suspended.

5. Usage Rules

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Use bots or scripts to manipulate scores
  • Publish illegal, defamatory or immoral content
  • Disrupt the operation of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service are the exclusive property of Quizzdle. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Liability

Quizzdle is a free service provided "as is". Quizzdle cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.

8. Moderation and Sanctions

In case of non-compliance with these T&Cs, Quizzdle reserves the right to suspend or delete your account, delete your content or initiate legal proceedings if necessary.

9. Modification of T&Cs

Quizzdle reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication.

10. Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction.
